Jewelry orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks upon receipt and confirmation of the order for items in stock. The recipient's telephone number is required for all orders.

All orders based on UPS International shipping rates from Mexico.

Return Policy
We hope you are very happy with your purchase. But if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied we will be happy to provide a full refund under the following conditions:
a. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all the original packaging materials and original sales receipt.
b. All returns will be processed after we inspect and verify the item. Returns take approximately five business days upon receipt of the item to process.
c. Refunds will be in the form of the original payment
d. Gifts returned will be exchange for a non-refundable merchandise credit only.
